All the orders will be shipped to the shipping address supplied through your Etsy Order. Please check the address is correct before finishing your check out. Aftersunday is not responsible for packages shipped to wrong addresses. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping information is correct prior to finish the purchase.
• RETURNS AND EXCHANGES •
If you would like to make a return, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your package. We will then provide you instructions on mailing your package back to us at your expense. All jewelry must be returned unworn and in their original condition and packaging. Earrings are NOT returnable due to hygiene reasons.
Aftersunday has the right to deny a return if the jewelry returned does not meet our return policy requirements. You are responsible for return shipping costs as well as items lost or damaged.
• LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES •
We do not accept any package which integrity has been compromised or shows clear signs of having been opened and resealed. Note that the only authority allowed to open the package during the transit is local customs. All packages opened by local customs will be sealed with the corresponding stamp of the company.
• RETURNED MAIL •
All parcels that are "Returned To Sender" will be disposed upon returning to our shipping carriers.
Please ensure the correct shipping address is placed on the order as we will not send a replacement parcel or offer a refund if the parcel was "Returned To Sender" for the following reasons:
1. The address provided by you was not correct.
2. The parcel is unclaimed once attempted to be delivered.
We will offer the possibility to have the package reshipped once the jewelry has been sent back to me. In that case, we will send you a message to confirm the shipping address, and you will need to pay a re-shipping and handling costs before sending the package again.
